Commercial Terms & Enquiry Policy

1. Scope of Quotations

All quotations generated via website enquiry or direct commercial communication represent indicative ex-mill rates in Goalpara, Assam, subject to live raw paddy arrival prices, milling batch confirmation, and statutory GST additions where applicable.

2. Product Categories

Products are supplied in wholesale commercial lots across defined milling categories:

• Parboiled Rice — whole grain bulk supply
• Broken Rice — commercial and processing grade
• Other commercial milling variants upon inquiry

3. Dispatch & Transport

Consignments can be dispatched on Ex-Mill loading terms (buyer arranges truck) or FOR Destination (freight billed as per actual transporter quotes). Every consignment is dispatched with genuine GST tax invoices and national e-way bills.

4. Legal Jurisdiction

All commercial agreements and transactions are governed under the legal jurisdiction of Courts having jurisdiction over Goalpara, Assam, India.
